Borsuk combat vehicles will replenish the arsenal of the Polish Army. The signing of the relevant documents should take place in the coming days. The information of Polish Radio is confirmed by the head of the Ministry of National Defense.
The contract for the implementation of the Borsuk provides for the supply of more than 100 units of infantry fighting vehicles. The first vehicles should enter the army this year.
Meanwhile, the head of the National Security Bureau, General Dariusz Lukowski, said that Poland could defend itself for no more than two weeks with the current level of ammunition stocks. According to him, only thanks to the resistance of Ukraine, which is holding back the Russian invasion, Poland has time to restore its defense potential.
