At this fateful time, why is there no statement about how much Ukraine has given up in the name of peace?! They counted something ephemeral for us there, let’s count the CONCRETE!
B. Clinton, former US president, where are you? L. Kuchma, and you? If one is silent with the other, burying their heads in the sand, then where is our government, and not only Zelensky! The Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs?! All Ukrainians in the country and the world! Remind me! Confidently, logically argued, to wash away all this tinsel of racist propaganda, which, unfortunately, has penetrated the White House.
Ukraine, at the request of the US, gave up the world’s third nuclear potential. And it was promised a full guarantee of territorial integrity. Not only the USA, but also Russia and Great Britain. And also full economic security under the same ill-fated Budapest Memorandum!
Logically: if any of the signatories violates these guarantees, then he is the aggressor. The other signatories stop the aggressor, using the military and economic component (sanctions) and other levers. The ultimate goal: to return to Ukraine what was guaranteed to it — territorial integrity and economic security.
They force it to compensate at the expense of the aggressor for all the losses it has suffered.
Great Britain immediately joined the guarantors. Then — France and China. So why are Clinton and Kuchma silent now? They signed this document of “unprecedented plunder of the country”; even if it is a memorandum, it also has the signature of the US president! And therefore, on behalf of the people and state of the USA, such GUARANTEES were provided! Therefore, these states should sit down at the negotiating table, and it is they who should decide that the aggressor, that is, the Russian Federation, should compensate for the damages caused by the war and return the territories.
It is very important for Trump, without emotions, to show the Ukrainian team how much Ukraine lost in security and materially by giving up nuclear weapons and cutting up strategic aircraft. Where were our diplomats in those fateful days?! There are official conclusions of the Verkhovna Rada commission! I saw it myself, as a journalist, how it was done!
If Trump invoiced Ukraine for free aid from the USA under Biden, then we are literally forced to calculate – only the destruction of the 43rd Missile Army, whose headquarters was in Vinnytsia, cost $630-650 billion.
At the request of the USA (now the “healthy” President Clinton), 10 divisions with highly qualified specialists and full combat equipment were disbanded.
Over 50 thousand personnel, intercontinental ballistic missiles with nuclear charges, launch sites in different corners of Ukraine, a command post. I will briefly recount the losses of what was once one of the most powerful military formations in the world, which today is only reminded of by the destroyed buildings:
– 187 ballistic missiles were destroyed as part of the 43rd Army, which contained from 6 to 10 warheads, which were located in Ukraine and aimed at the following targets: New York State and Washington State with point “0” – the Pentagon. The cost of the objects is 630-640 billion (according to estimates by the Verkhovna Rada commission).
In addition, Ukraine provided US President B. Clinton with guarantees of combat uranium and plutonium in net weight of 770 billion dollars at the exchange rate for 2000.
In products (warheads), this is almost 1.1 trillion dollars. Tactical plutonium charges from 5 kilotons to 150 kilotons. Nuclear weapon carriers R-36M (product 100) and Tu-22, Tu-160, from 800 million to a billion dollars, were given to the Kremlin.
Now the Russian Federation is using strategic aircraft in the war against us. Also for these guarantees of territorial integrity and economic security! Well, turn to Trump with these arguments! Let him talk to Clinton! These are not some “fairy tales of the Madrid court”!
And what then? That is, if we subtract the microscopic 46 billion of American military aid from this amount, it turns out that the Americans owe us more than a trillion dollars.
Have you heard statements about 300-500 billion from Trump? But even his satellite Musk has already refuted these amounts. Well, that’s how negotiations are conducted: your arguments against our arguments!
Someone sane can suggest this to Zelensky and our negotiators and European friends, American friends, thank God, they still exist! And the time is right! Well, catch the methodology by which you need to talk to a person like Trump!
If you want business, give business schedules! And then either they will admit it, or they will tell their people and the world that it was really a “thimballed game” and the most “tricky” of the gullible Ukrainian people, who believed in a democratic state and took it as an example to build such a system in their own country.
I would like to see a “return”! I lived and studied in the USA at one time, and I can guess what it will be like… the time will come! But the fate of Ukraine is being decided now. So let’s act immediately!Хотіла б я побачити «обратку»! Я жила і навчалась свого часу в США, і здогадуюсь, якою вона буде… прийде час! Але зараз вирішується доля України. Тому діймо негайно!
No matter how useless that memorandum is, there is a starting point! Because there is a signature of the Russian President stating that he and the Russian Federation recognize the territorial borders of Ukraine and undertake to GUARANTEE them to her! Well, there is a manual for Ukraine’s position right there! Take advantage of this and demand the participation of France, Great Britain, and China in these negotiations.
